AI Work Navigator

Privacy Policy

Effective 2 November 2026. AI Work Navigator is a registered business name of Women of Impact Pty Ltd (ABN 68 648 957 162). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use AI Work Navigator.

01What we collect

Depending on how you use AI Work Navigator, we may collect your name, work or personal email address, job title, company name and website, country, assessment answers, assessment results, contact preferences, referral activity, and technical or source information associated with your visit or submission. For Professional assessments, we may also collect a CV that you choose to upload and information about your experience, skills, work preferences and career goals. We do not ask businesses to upload datasets, customer information or confidential company documents as part of the preliminary Business assessment.

02How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you complete an assessment, upload a CV, express interest in a service, contact us, or otherwise submit information through the website. We also collect limited technical and source information automatically where needed to operate, secure and understand use of the service, including session, referral and source information.

03Why we use it

We use information to provide and save assessments, generate assessment results, respond to enquiries, operate and secure the service, understand referral and service activity, improve AI Work Navigator, and administer services you request. If you separately consent to relevant communications, we may also contact you about the assessment, data-partnership opportunities or AI Work Navigator services covered by that consent. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

04Automated assessments

AI Work Navigator uses rules and software to evaluate information you provide and generate preliminary assessment results and recommendations. These outputs are guidance only. They do not constitute acceptance, approval or a decision by any third-party platform, employer, data partner or other organisation, and you should use your own judgment before acting on them.

05Who we may share information with

We may provide personal information to service providers that help us host, store, secure, maintain or operate AI Work Navigator, but only as reasonably necessary for those services. We do not sell your personal information. We will not provide a Business assessment respondent's underlying company datasets or confidential company documents because the preliminary assessment does not collect them. If you choose to proceed with a third-party opportunity, information may be provided to or exchanged with that third party where you direct or authorise this, or where reasonably necessary to facilitate the step you have chosen.

06Overseas services and recipients

AI Work Navigator is operated from Australia and may use technology and service providers that operate or process information in Australia and other countries. Some providers or third parties you choose to engage with may be located overseas, including in the United States. Where practicable, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances when using service providers and handling cross-border disclosures. The locations involved may change as our providers and services change.

07Storage and security

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access to assessment records is restricted through server-side controls. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Retention

Incomplete assessment sessions and associated draft information are intended to be retained for no more than 30 days. Completed Business assessment, contact and referral records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the most recent relevant interaction, unless they are still reasonably needed for an active relationship, a request you have made, legal or record-keeping requirements, dispute management, or another permitted purpose. Professional CVs associated with incomplete assessments are intended to be removed with the expired draft. Where AI Work Navigator provides an ongoing Professional account or service, a CV and associated Professional profile information may generally be retained while the account or service remains active and for up to 12 months after the user's most recent meaningful account or service activity. Where practicable, we may notify users before scheduled deletion and provide an opportunity to return to or reactivate the service. Earlier deletion may be requested, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Where information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal and technical requirements.

09Access, correction and deletion

You may ask us to provide access to personal information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate, or delete information where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law or where reasonably necessary for an ongoing matter. Email support@aiworknavigator.com and provide enough information for us to identify your record and respond securely.

10Marketing choices

Where we ask for consent to send promotional or opportunity-related communications, that consent is separate from acknowledging this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time using the method provided in the message or by contacting us. Service messages that are necessary to provide something you requested may still be sent where appropriate.

11Complaints

If you have a privacy concern or complaint, email support@aiworknavigator.com with details of the issue. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period. If Australian privacy law applies to the matter and you are not satisfied with our response, you may also be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will apply from the updated effective date.
