AI Work Navigator

Terms of Use

Effective 2 November 2026. AI Work Navigator is a registered business name of Women of Impact Pty Ltd (ABN 68 648 957 162). By using this website or submitting an assessment, you agree to these Terms of Use.

01About AI Work Navigator

AI Work Navigator provides preliminary assessment, guidance and navigation tools for businesses and professionals exploring AI-related work, services and data-partnership opportunities. Unless we expressly state otherwise, AI Work Navigator is independent of the platforms, employers, data partners and other third parties that may be mentioned on the website.

02Preliminary assessments

Assessment results are based on the information you provide and the assessment rules in use at the time. They are designed to help you understand potential fit and next steps. A result is not an offer, approval, eligibility determination, professional advice or guarantee from AI Work Navigator or any third party. Third parties apply their own criteria and may reach a different conclusion.

03Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for deciding whether to act on an assessment or recommendation. For the preliminary Business assessment, do not submit datasets, customer information, confidential company documents, passwords, credentials or other information that the assessment does not request. If you upload a CV through the Professional assessment, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it.

04Third-party opportunities and services

AI Work Navigator may identify, describe or link to opportunities, platforms, data partners or other third-party services. We do not control their availability, eligibility rules, commercial terms, privacy practices, decisions or performance. Any agreement you enter into with a third party is between you and that third party unless expressly stated otherwise.

05Referral arrangements

AI Work Navigator may receive a referral, introduction, affiliate or similar fee if a person or business we introduce enters into a qualifying arrangement with a third party. This does not increase your likelihood of acceptance and does not make AI Work Navigator the third party's agent. We aim to distinguish preliminary AI Work Navigator guidance from decisions made by the third party.

06Compensation and opportunity figures

Any compensation, partnership-value, rate or earnings figures shown on AI Work Navigator are contextual or indicative information based on information available to us at the time. They are not promises or guarantees. Actual availability, value, payment and contractual terms depend on the relevant third party and the circumstances of the opportunity.

07No professional advice

AI Work Navigator does not provide legal, financial, tax, employment or other regulated professional advice. Information on the website is general in nature. Obtain appropriate professional advice where your circumstances require it.

08Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to bypass security or access controls, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or others.

09Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, AI Work Navigator's website content, branding, assessment design, software and original materials are owned by or licensed to Women of Impact Pty Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the service for its intended personal or internal business purpose, but may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit our materials without permission.

10Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, assessments, recommendations, third-party links or opportunity information as the service develops. We try to keep information useful and current but do not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free or complete.

11Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Work Navigator and Women of Impact Pty Ltd are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on preliminary assessment results, changes made by third parties, or third-party decisions, services or opportunities outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

12Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Where an assessment asks you to acknowledge the Privacy Policy or separately consent to communications, those choices are recorded as part of the relevant submission.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any rights you have under applicable law, disputes relating to these terms are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales.

14Changes and contact

We may update these terms as AI Work Navigator develops. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@aiworknavigator.com.
